William Willoughby, PhD, PE
Dr. Bill Willoughby serves as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of Cypress Development Corp. Dr. Willoughby is a mining engineer with 38 years of experience in all aspects of natural resources development. Since 2014, he has been principal and owner of consulting firm Willoughby & Associates, PLLC. Prior to that, he was President and COO of International Enexco Ltd., which was acquired by Denison Mines in 2014. He previously held various positions with Teck (Cominco). Dr. Willoughby has been a Professional Engineer since 1985 and received his Doctorate in Mining Engineering & Metallurgy from the University of Idaho in 1989.
Donald C. Huston
Don Huston serves as Chairman of the Board and President of Cypress Development Corp. Mr. Huston has been associated with the mineral exploration industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience as a financier and in-field manager of numerous mineral exploration projects in North America. He was born and raised in Red Lake, Ontario and spent 15 years as a geophysical contractor with C.D. Huston & Sons Ltd. as mineral exploration consultants in northern Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Mr. Huston serves as a director of four Canadian public resource companies.
Abraham (Braam) Jonker, CPA
Braam Jonker serves as Chief Financial Officer of Cypress Development Corp. Mr. Jonker is an accomplished financial leader in the mining industry with almost 30 years of experience. Mr. Jonker has played a pivotal role in several business recoveries and restructurings, was a key team member in management and at the board level in the strategic growth of a number of public companies and has participated, raised and overseen the raising of more than $750 million in the form of equity and debt instruments in the mining industry. He is a registered Chartered Accountant in British Columbia, (Canada), England, Wales and South Africa. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in the United Kingdom and holds a Masters degree in South African and International Tax from the Rand Afrikaans University, South Africa.
Donald G. Myers
Director, Corporate Communications
Don Myers serves as a non-executive Director and audit committee member of Cypress Development Corp. He has 30 plus years of experience in public company management providing corporate communications and investor relations for resource and technology companies listed on the TSX Venture, NASDAQ and Toronto Stock Exchanges.
James G. Pettit
Jim Pettit serves as a non-executive Director of Cypress Development Corp. Mr. Pettit is currently serving on the board of directors of five publicly traded companies and offers over 25 years of experience within the industry specializing in finance, corporate governance, executive management and compliance. Jim was previously Chairman and C.E.O. of Bayfield Ventures Corp. which was bought by New Gold Inc. in January 2015.
Amanda Chow, CPA, CMA
Amanda Chow serves as an independent Director and audit committee member of Cypress Development Corp. Ms. Chow is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and a graduate of Simon Fraser University where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She began working with public companies in 1999.
Corby G. Anderson, PhD, CEng, FIMMM, FIChemE
Technical Advisor, Metallurgy
Dr. Corby Anderson is a registered engineer with nearly 40 years of global experience in industrial operations, corporate level management, consulting, engineering design, research and education and is an expert in the fields of extractive metallurgy, mineral processing, waste minimization and recycling. He holds degrees of BSc in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University, MSc in Metallurgical Engineering from Montana Tech, and PhD in Mining Engineering and Metallurgy from the University of Idaho. His career achievements include development of the Center for Advanced Mineral and Metallurgical Processing at Montana Tech. He has previous experience as a CEO, Director and Technical Advisor for public and private companies. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining, and a Distinguished Member of the University of Idaho Academy of Engineering. He holds numerous patents and patent applications covering innovative extractive technologies, and he has been recognized for his work in academia and industry including SME’s Milton E. Wadsworth Extractive Metallurgy Award, the International Precious Metals Institute’s Tanaka Distinguished Achievement Award, SME’s Distinguished Member Award the Outstanding Faculty Award from the George S. Ansell Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at Colorado School of Mines, and the EPD Distinguished Lecturer Award from the Minerals, Metals and Materials Society. Dr. Anderson currently serves as the Harrison Western Professor in the Kroll Institute for Extractive Metallurgy as part of the Mining and George S. Ansell Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines.
Adam Knight, PE
Adam Knight serves as Project Manager for Cypress Development Corp. and is a professional mining engineer, active in the mining industry since 1994. Before joining Cypress, he worked as a consultant and project manager for Practical Mining LLC of Elko, Nevada. He was Vice President Operations for EMC Metals Corp. until 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Knight worked in various operational capacities for Teranga Gold, Premier Magnesia, and AngloGold. He has experience in both surface and underground mining.
Daniel W. Kalmbach, CPG
Technical Advisor, Geology
Daniel Kalmbach is a Qualified Person, technical advisor and consultant to Cypress Development Corp. Mr. Kalmbach has practiced geology for over 21 years and has held various positions with private and public companies in the field of geology, including greenfield and generative exploration, development, mining, and environmental science. He has supported and/or authored multiple technical reports on mineral properties. Mr. Kalmbach began his career at Barrick Gold Corp. as a production geologist and later was senior geologist of International Enexco Ltd. Since 2015, he has been a solopreneur, and is an associate at an engineering and geological services firm and the Vice President of Exploration for Caliber Minerals, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Idaho; is a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists; and a Qualified or Competent Person under CRIRSCO and its worldwide members.
William H. Breen, BSc, PGeo
Bill Breen is a professional geologist and Qualified Person (“QP”) with extensive experience in the mineral exploration industry. He consults Cypress Develepment, as a landman, to oversee that Cypress’ federal mining claims remain in good standing. His 41 years of experience has been in precious metals, base metal, uranium, lithium and cobalt exploration projects. He is principal and owner of WHB4, LLC and founder of Minex Exploration Company. He has work for numerous clients from junior exploration and mining companies to the largest mining companies in the world. Working with many clients has exposed him to a diversified and varied exploration programs from Mexico, Western US, Alaska, and Canada. He has been responsible for land acquisition, sampling, geological mapping, target selection, logging of drill holes, drilling supervision, report writing, and presentation of data in the boardroom. Mr. Breen graduated from the University of Idaho, receiving a Bachelor of Science of Geology degree. He is a Registered Member of the Society for Mining Metallurgy & Exploration, Licensed Geologist in the State of Washington and a Professional Geologist in the State of Wyoming. Mr. Breen is the Mayor of the City of Hope, Idaho.

Don Mosher serves as an advisor, Corporate Development for Cypress Development Corp. Mr. Mosher has worked in the capital markets for 30 years, specializing in venture companies. He started his career as a financial adviser at Union Securities in Vancouver where he was introduced to the public markets, trading stocks listed on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. In 1998, Mr. Mosher went to work for a company called Napier Environmental Technologies, remaining with the company until 2004. In 2004, Mr. Mosher started a business called B & D Capital Partners. The business funded venture companies in all sectors of business including mining, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, etc. Mr. Mosher previously held the position of CEO and President of Rodinia Minerals which was focused on exploring for lithium in Clayton Valley, Nevada.
Simon Dyakowski, CFA, MBA

Simon Dyakowski serves as an advisor, Capital Markets for Cypress Development Corp. Mr. Dyakowski has over ten years of corporate finance, corporate development and capital markets advisory experience. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of British Columbia, is a CFA charterholder and holds an undergraduate Finance degree from the University of Western Ontario. He advises venture stage and growth-oriented public market issuers on deal structuring, capital markets, and corporate development strategies. His professional experience is in equity research and equity sales coverage with previous positions held at Salman Partners and Leede Financial.
