| Robert Marvin, B.Sc. Position: Exploration Manager and Qualified Person Bob Marvin, B.Sc., Geologist (a member of the Geologic Society of Nevada). Since 1979, Mr. Marvin has been involved in mineral exploration for and evaluation of gold, copper, zinc, and uranium deposits throughout the Americas as an employee and as an independent consultant. He graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology in 1984. Mr. Marvin is the Exploration Manager of the Company's operations. |
