Cypress Drilling Update on Broulan Reef Red Lake Gold Project, NW Ontario

Red Lake drill hole BR11-1 has been completed to a final depth of 1505 metres. The hole was collared on Goldcorp's ground near the NE corner of the Broulan Reef property. The hole passed onto Cypress' ground at approximately 590 metres. The hole was drilled due south at an initial inclination of 87.1 degrees. Final inclination was 84.6 degrees. Red Lake drill hole BR01-11 was at 1319 metres this morning. Latest test at 1301 metres shows inclination flattened slightly to 84.7 degrees. Cypress Drilling Update on Broulan Reef Red Lake Gold Project, NW Ontario

Red Lake drill hole BR01-11 was at 1001 metres this morning and still drilling through highly altered Balmer assemblage. Test at 1001 metres gives inclination of 85.9 degrees so have now lost only 1.2 degrees from the 87.1 degrees at the bottom of casing. Just about perfectly straight. Plan to keep on straight for now as the risk of getting too far south before getting down to depth for potential down plunge extension of the goldcorp/Premier WGZ is the biggest risk. Red Lake drill hole BR01-11 was at 756 metres as of morning shift change and latest test at 740 metres shows the inclination to be holding at 85.8 metres, very steep. We will let the hole flatten once we are in the Balmer formation mafic volcanic rocks. Currently in volcanic breccia, debris flows in the lower portion of the Bruce Channel sequence. Red Lake drill hole BR01-11 is at 672.5 metres at morning shift change. Continuing down through a multi-lithic volcanic breccia, volcanic rock package. Hole is staying very steep, latest test gives dip of 85.7. We are likely within a few metres of passing onto our Broulan Reef property, will be on our ground by 700 metres.
