Cypress Development Corp. is a mineral resource exploration company whose principal assets include the ownership and development of several precious and base metal properties. Three are located in Canada and three are located in the United States. The Company is continually searching for high-potential properties to add to its exploration portfolio.

Broulan Reef & McKenzie Island Properties, Red Lake, Ontario, Canada:
Cypress Development Corp has an 80% interest in the 5,400 acres Broulan Reef and McKenzie Island properties in the heart of the Red Lake Mining District of Northwestern Ontario. The two properties are located adjacent to south and west of Gold Eagle Mines Bruce Channel discovery, where a major successful drill program is underway, west of Goldcorp / Premier Gold Rahill-Bonanza project, and 5 miles due west of Goldcorp's operating Red Lake and Campbell gold mines.

Gunman, Scorpion, & Awake Properties, Nevada, U.S.A.:
The Company is developing its 73% owned high-grade Gunman zinc-silver project located northeast of Eureka, Nevada, where drilling recovered grades in excess of 25% zinc and 8 oz/ton silver over 75 feet. Cypress Development also holds a 100% interest in the Scorpion gold property within the widely mineralized Walker Lane structural zone in central Mineral County. This region is noted for bonanza grade, volcanic hosted precious metal deposits with total Walker Lane precious metal production of approximately 20 million ounces of gold and 500 million ounces of silver. Cypress also holds a 100% interest in the Awake gold property 5 miles south of the Sleeper Mine, which is a well documented prolific past gold producer at the northern extension of the Battle Mountain-Cortez geological trend in northern, Nevada.

South Voisey Bay Nickel Co. Ltd. (SVBN), Labrador, Canada:
Cypress has vended all of its land holdings in Voisey's Bay, Labrador into a private mineral exploration company called "South Voisey Bay Nickel Co. Ltd." (SVBN). Five companies (including Donner Minerals, Cypress Development, NDT Ventures, Rcom Ventures and Curion) have each vended their mineral acreage into SVBN on a dollar spent per property share equity basis, totaling 1,000 square kilometres. Cypress is the 2nd largest shareholder of SVBN at (11.4%) with Donner Minerals the largest shareholder at (76.5%).
